I'm a User Researcher specialized in Research Operations. Throughout my career, I
focused on building research practices from scratch, from infrastructure to
culture and processes.

Today, I help technology companies across Europe and the Americas improve
and expand their research practices by developing systems, educating teams
and guiding their efforts in learning more and better about their users.
I’m also the host of the podcast “From Finders to Builders”, which is also the name
of my agency.
