Sees emotions as a competitive differentiator

She is an emotional person and used to think of emotions as a weakness in business. Now she sees emotions as a competitive differentiator and her mission is to enable businesses to lead with emotions to create business outcomes. Essentially to make people happier and for businesses to turn a bigger profit as a result.
