Jonas leads the in-house UX team at Salling Group Digital that designs experiences, services and digital touchpoints to improve everyday life for millions of Bilka, føtex, Salling, BR and Netto customers. As a design leader, he focuses on setting UX up for success in a corporate environment, building UX maturity and moving the organisation towards being more customer-centred. Before joining Salling Group in 2021, Jonas was a design consultant in the UK leading design projects and building design teams for the likes of Mastercard, Heineken, Tesco Bank, The Body Shop and Lloyd’s of London.
