Dr. Kasra Hosseini

Kasra is a Senior Applied Scientist in the ML Core team at Zalando. Currently, his primary focus is exploring the applications of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal models in semantic search and information retrieval, harnessing their capabilities to make search and product discovery more context-aware and intuitive.

With several years of experience in privacy-preserving machine learning and AI safety, Kasra has also been leading efforts in assessing the potential risks of LLM-integrated applications at Zalando and implementing effective strategies to mitigate them.
