What are the challenges of enterprise software design and how shifting to an employee experience mindset can change the game.
Recently, companies started to see the value of paying more attention to the experience of their workforce. They want Employee Experience to be positive in order to attract the best candidates, retain talent and stimulate productivity. At the same time, employees expect their work experiences to match the quality of experiences they have when consuming products.
