As we continuously surround ourselves by more complex and connected technologies, understanding when and how to emphasize trust is becoming a great challenge for designers of products and services. This requires us to think differently and develop new methods and mindsets to ensure our designs deserves to be trusted. If people don’t trust it, they won’t use it.
