As we were riding into the first Covid wave, I was taking my first steps in Health care. Applying my experience in human-centered Product Design in a new field. Little did I know about what the future had in store.
Health care poses challenges when it comes to handling patient data from a recruiting and handling perspective.
I’ll share some of the challenges we faced in doing extensive user research completely remotely and within the boundaries of healthcare data and security requirements.
My war stories will include how we transitioned to a fully remote way of working, design sprints, user interviews, and delivering an end-to-end Telehealth solution for people seeking better sleep.
I will then fast forward to today and demonstrate some of the lean discovery and validation methods we apply for UX research and product development.
